Most of the time, litters already have a waiting list before they are born; please write to me at LazyPiFarm@gmail.com to be added to the list. Let me know if you are looking for bucks, does, sets, etc., and if you are primarily interested in pets, show rabbits, breeders, or homesteading.
All kits will come with a bag of feed and hay to transition them over to your feed. They will have ear tattoos for identification and you will get a copy of their three-generation pedigree. They can be registered with the ARBA at rabbit shows, assuming they pass inspection by the judges there.
Because of the devastating nature of RDHV2, all rabbits from my rabbitry will be vaccinated prior to leaving here. If you are set on keeping unvaccinated rabbits, I am sorry but I am not the right source for you. Please do your research, this disease is easily spread by wild rabbits (and through fleas/mosquitoes) and will wipe out an entire rabbitry.
I typically ask for right of first refusal with any rabbit I’ve sold. All that means is that if you sell the animal in the future, I would appreciate the opportunity to buy him or her back. This is common among animal breeders both as a means to keep animals out of shelters, and as a continual responsibility for having brought the animal into the world. I will always take back an animal that was born here. They will then go through a 30 day quarantine before either being reintegrated into the herd or offered for sale.
